Relocation or expansion for commercial tenants will be a substantial cost for most. Offering incentives for improvements such as contributions or partial reimbursement for build out can provide the right prospective tenants the capability needed to sign a long term lease for one of your spaces. Add the amortized amount of the incentive amount to the lease rate over the course of the term of the lease to recover the investment in the space.
